There are only two different sizes of tattoo needles essentially. The so-called #12 diameter, and the so-called "bug-pins", whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of #12. There are variations in each dimension, for example, the taper of the needle tip may be very long or short, and the needle may be smooth or textured. In addition, all the needles are similar.
